Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and data science. This role requires proficiency in coding, a deep understanding of AI algorithms, and the ability to work with complex datasets to develop cutting-edge AI applications and solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- AI System Development : Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models for a variety of applications (e.g., NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems).

- Research & Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research and integrate novel algorithms and techniques into production-grade systems.

- Model Training & Optimization : Train, fine-tune, and optimize models for improved accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Monitor model performance and retrain as necessary.

- Data Analysis & Preprocessing : Collaborate with data engineers to clean, preprocess, and transform large datasets into actionable insights for model development.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals and deliver production-ready solutions.

- Deployment & Monitoring : Deploy AI models into production environments, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and maintainable. Set up monitoring to track performance and issues.

- Mentorship & Leadership : Lead and mentor junior AI engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

- Documentation : Document AI models, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with a proven track record of building and deploying AI models at scale.

- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or other relevant AI/ML frameworks.

- Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and model optimization strategies.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Proficiency in working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and data pipeline tools.

- Experience in deploying AI models into production environments and monitoring their performance.

- Solid understanding of software development best practices (e.g., version control, testing, continuous integration).

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.

- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

- Advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
