BeetleRim - Senior Power BI Developer

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

- 5+ years' experience using Power BI Desktop, DAX, Tabular Editor and related tools

- Demonstrate excellent proficiency in DAX to create complex calculations and visualizations.

- Build and optimize semantic models

- Apply data analysis skills using SQL.

- Understand data flows, ETLs, and impact on DAX expressions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues within the Power BI environment.

- Implement CI/CD practices and establish automated testing for Power BI reports

Required Skills:

- Technical Skills: Power BI, DAX, SQL

- Data Modeling: Tabular Database Design, Dimensional Modeling (star and snowflake schemas)

- Cloud Platforms: (Good to have) Azure (Data Lake, SQL, Data Factory), Snowflake

Day-to-Day Activities :

- Manage the development and delivery of data projects using Power BI and SQL.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategy.

- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve business processes.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

Work from Office.

Out of 3 rounds of interview, at least 1 round should be in person.
