Axio - Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

Responsibilities and Duties :

Job Description :

- Will work closely on product integrations to onboard new co-lending partners, as well as work with existing partners for product and process improvements

- Will be required to articulate requirements to clear actionable development plans, track progress and address challenges throughout the product delivery

- Will have to collaborate with different functions such as engineering, business, operations and finance to align to product goals, ensure compliances of accounts

- Will get exposure to entire digital lending journey - know how of end-to-end loan journey, especially LMS and repayments, in addition to main marketplace integration touch points.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, result-focused, has a solid quantitative background and takes full ownership of their work.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or MBA

- 2-4 years of Product Management experience

- Experience in Fintech/Banking/Finance preferred

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams

- Streamlined thinking and logical depth to break down complex problems

- Ability to prioritize and a high bias for action
