We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Solution Architect to join our technology team and lead the design, development, and modernization of business-critical IT applications.

The ideal candidate will bring strong architectural expertise, hands-on technical skills, and deep experience in building scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions on AWS. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, solution ownership, cross-team collaboration, and a strong ability to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Solution Design :

- Design end-to-end AWS cloud architectures for enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and reliability.

- Develop cloud-native and microservices-based solutions using AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, CloudFront, etc.

- Modernize legacy systems by defining migration strategies, including re-host, re-platform, and re-architect approaches.

- Create high-level and detailed architecture documents, sequence diagrams, integration patterns, and reference architectures.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical guidance to development teams on Java, Spring Boot, Angular, PrimeNG, and microservices-based architectures.

- Review code, perform design reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshoot complex technical issues across application and infrastructure layers.

- Lead POCs, technical spikes, and solution assessments for new technologies and frameworks.

- Cloud, DevOps & Tools Work closely with DevOps teams to set up CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub/BitBucket, JFrog, SonarQube, BlackDuck, and related tools.

- Define and enforce cloud security, IAM policies, and compliance guidelines.

- Optimize cloud costs, monitor resource utilization, and ensure high availability.

- Collaborate with platform teams to build automated deployments, infrastructure as code (IaC) using CloudFormation/Terraform.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

- Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

- Support teams in Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and estimation.

- Provide transparent communication and manage expectations with senior management and business leaders.

Skills & Experience Required :

Technical Skills :

- AWS Cloud Expertise : Deep knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, Well-Architected Framework, security best practices, and enterprise cloud adoption patterns.

- Programming & Frameworks : Java Expert Spring Boot Expert Angular, PrimeNG Expert/Strong experience MySQL Proficient AWS Competent to Expert Modern

- Tooling : Experience with : IntelliJ GitHub / BitBucket JIRA / Confluence SonarQube Blackduck Jenkins JFrog DevOps

Experience :

- CI/CD, automation, cloud deployments, monitoring, and operational awareness.
