Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Power BI Developer with 4 plus years of experience in business intelligence and data visualization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric, and bring hands-on expertise in building interactive dashboards, data models, and end-to-end data pipelines.

Domain knowledge in Pharmaceuticals or Consumer goods is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs

- Build optimized data models (star/snowflake schema) that ensure performance and reusability

- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

- Integrate and transform data from diverse sources (e.g., Azure Data Lake, SQL Server, Excel, APIs)

- Collaborate closely with business users, analysts, and data engineers to gather requirements and deliver insights

- Implement row-level security (RLS), data refresh schedules, and automated alerts in Power BI Service

- Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and report performance bottlenecks

- Contribute to data governance, documentation, and version control best practices
