Role - Subject Matter Expert- Artificial Intelligence Specialist

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable "AI Subject Mater Expert" to design and deliver AI training programs for students and trainers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of artificial intelligence, including its concepts, applications, limitations, and ethical considerations.

The role focuses on imparting foundational AI knowledge, advanced AI functionalities, and hands-on practical skills, ensuring participants can effectively leverage AI tools in diverse professional settings.

Key Responsibilities

Program and Content Development:

- Develop comprehensive training modules covering foundational and advanced AI concepts.

- Create customized programs for students, knowledge workers, and trainers.

- Design hands-on exercises to teach effective usage of AI tools such as ChatGPT, CoPilot, Perplexity, Gemini, and other industry-relevant AI platforms.

- Explain foundational AI principles

- Teach best practices for crafting effective prompts, analyzing LLM outputs, and refining inputs for specific use cases.

- Address advanced AI topics, including sector-specific applications and real-world integration strategies.

Training Delivery:

- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to diverse audiences, including students and trainers.

- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies to explain technical topics like large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and AI-driven productivity enhancements.

Industry alignment and Strategy :

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI for productivity and optimized workflows across industries.

- Stay updated with the latest AI tools and trends to ensure training materials remain current and relevant.

- Develop strategies for evaluating and integrating new AI tools into workplace settings.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with organizational stakeholders to tailor AI training programs to their needs.

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather feedback and improve training content.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Educational Background

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field will be preferred.

Any Graduate may Apply

Experience :

- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in AI training or related roles.

- Proven experience in delivering training programs to diverse audiences.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering techniques.

- Proficiency in AI tools and platforms, including ChatGPT, CoPilot, Gemini, and Perplexity.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to adapt technical content for non-technical audiences.

Additional Requirements :

- Knowledge of sector-specific AI applications (e.g , healthcare, education, finance).

- Commitment to ethical AI practices and risk mitigation strategies.

- Certifications in AI or related domains
