Role Overview :

As an AI Prompt Engineer at Aokah, you will be the linguistic architect behind our next-generation AI featurescrafting, refining, and optimizing the prompts and interactions that power our ecosystem intelligence platform. Your work will shape semantic search, vendor matching, risk detection, and advisory automation through effective prompt design and model tuning.

This is a cross-functional role requiring both creative and technical fluency, ideal for someone who blends language sensitivity with ML/LLM familiarity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, test, and refine prompts used in GPT-based and open-source LLM applications.

- Drive structured A/B testing and prompt evaluation workflows.

- Tune outputs to ensure contextual relevance, hallucination reduction, and performance alignment.

- Create prompt libraries and playbooks for different use cases (risk modeling, search, smart tags).

- Partner with product, data, and ML engineering teams to enhance platform AI quality.

- Build internal documentation on best practices for prompt engineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2 to 3 years working with NLP models, GenAI applications, or AI-powered product development.

- Deep understanding of prompt structures (zero-shot, few-shot, CoT).

- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.

- Comfort with Python-based LLM frameworks and data formatting.

- Strong command of written English and analytical writing.

Preferred Experience :

- Background in SaaS, B2B marketplaces, or platform-led AI products.

- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector search, and embeddings.

- Prior experience in AI governance, bias testing, or prompt auditing.
