Job Summary :

As an AI/ML Developer you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing machine learning models using frameworks such as PySpark, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face. You will work with large datasets, implement state-of-the-art algorithms, and contribute to AI-driven solutions that will directly impact business outcomes.

Job Location : Pune

Key Responsibilities :

- Hands on with Python programming with at least 4 yrs of experience

- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines using PySpark for distributed data processing and model training.

- Develop deep learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow, focusing on optimizing for both performance and scalability.

- Leverage Hugging Face models and transformers to develop advanced NLP solutions, including text classification, named entity recognition, and sentiment analysis.

- Collaborate with data engineers to create efficient data pipelines for model training and deployment using PySpark.

- Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms for real-time and batch processing.

- Work on model deployment and scaling on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), ensuring high availability and performance.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML advancements, particularly in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.

- Monitor model performance in production and iterate on improvements based on real-world feedback.

- Document code, model architectures, and data processing steps to ensure reproducibility and transparency.

- Contribute to team knowledge and best practices through code reviews, mentoring, and collaborative projects.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- Proven experience developing machine learning models and pipelines using PySpark, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.

- Strong experience with Hugging Face libraries for NLP tasks such as transformers and BERT-based models.

- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, Keras, and others.

- Familiarity with distributed computing and big data technologies like PySpark for processing large datasets.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data wrangling, and statistical modeling.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying and scaling machine learning solutions.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with deploying deep learning models in production environments using TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Familiarity with advanced NLP techniques using Hugging Face for language models and transformers.

- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) for model deployment.

- Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and collaboration platforms (GitHub, GitLab).

- Experience with real-time data processing frameworks like Apache Kafka and Spark Streaming.

- Familiarity with model optimization techniques, such as pruning, quantization, and deployment on edge devices.
