The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI/ML, a track record of successfully delivering AI-powered solutions, and the ability to lead and mentor a high-performing AI team.

Key Responsibilities :

- AI Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and implement the company's AI strategy, aligning it with business goals and identifying key areas for AI/ML adoption.

- Leadership & Team Management : Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

- Solution Development : Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of AI-powered solutions, from data collection and model training to integration with existing systems.

- Research & Innovation : Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML and explore opportunities to integrate cutting-edge technologies into products and services.

- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to identify challenges and develop AI-driven solutions that enhance business outcomes.

- Data Strategy & Management : Collaborate with data teams to ensure high-quality data availability for AI/ML model training, validation, and deployment.

- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement : Effectively communicate AI concepts, project progress, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ethical AI Implementation : Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines, addressing potential biases and societal impacts.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment, with a proven track record of successful AI-driven projects.

- Strong expertise in AI/ML techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

- Experience in managing and mentoring AI teams, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement scalable AI solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
