Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Python/NLP

Role & Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with teams to create intelligent AI solutions that promote synergy across departments and improve patient outcomes
• Develop predictive models and natural language processing (NLP) systems with passion for advancing healthcare
• Analyze healthcare data while maintaining awareness of data integrity, security, and compliance requirements
• Share Knowledge by mentoring peers and contributing to knowledge-sharing forums
• Design solutions with empathy for end users, addressing real-world hospital challenges

• (Mandatory) Experience in EMR/HIS/HMS HealthCare Products/Solutions
• Understanding of patient care workflows and clinical decision support systems
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and regulations
• Proficiency in Python, R, and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with healthcare data formats (HL7, FHIR, DICOM)
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing and model evaluation techniques
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
