The AI Engineer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the AI Centre of Excellences (CoE) infrastructure.

This role focuses on hands-on deployment, reliability, and operational excellence to ensure secure, scalable, and cost-efficient AI systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deploy and manage cloud/on-prem GPU environments and development systems.

- Maintain system administration, monitoring, and backup/recovery processes.

- Install and manage AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.

- Set up containerized and reproducible environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Implement data-security and access-control policies aligned with Responsible AI standards.

- Monitor cloud and GPU utilization for cost and performance optimization.

- Provide technical support, training, and documentation for faculty and students.

Skills & Competencies :

- Proficiency in AI frameworks and tools (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Git).

- Cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control.

- Strong understanding of data security and ethical AI compliance
