The ideal candidate possesses a robust background in data science, exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams to drive impactful insights.

Responsibilities :

- Generative AI Development : Research, design, develop, and implement Generative AI models and applications leveraging state-of-the-art techniques.

- AI/ML Model Development and Deployment : Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy various AI/ML models for diverse applications, ensuring scalability and performance.

- Data Engineering for AI/ML : Collaborate closely with data engineering teams to design and implement robust data pipelines for AI/ML model training and inference.
This includes data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes.

- Insight Generation for Engineering : Work closely with engineering teams to analyze data, extract meaningful insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve systems and processes.

- Programming and Frameworks : Utilize strong programming skills in Python and leverage AI frameworks such as PyTorch for model development and experimentation.

- Gen AI Tooling : Demonstrate practical experience with Generative AI platforms and tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and similar technologies to enhance development workflows and create innovative solutions.

- Solution Design and Implementation : Evaluate technical requirements, analyze potential solutions, design robust and scalable AI/ML systems, and implement them effectively.

- Low-Level Design and Peer Review : Develop detailed Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for AI/ML components and actively participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality and architectural integrity.

- Business Translation : Possess strong design and technical skills with the ability to translate business needs and objectives into practical technical solutions, clearly analyzing the potential impact of proposed solutions.

- Technical Issue Resolution : Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to AI/ML projects, exploring and proposing alternative design solutions when necessary.

- Team Collaboration : Actively participate as a valuable team member, fostering a collaborative environment through effective inter-group coordination within project modules.

- Stakeholder Communication : Effectively communicate technical findings, analysis, and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations.

- Client Satisfaction : Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure client satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality AI/ML solutions.

Technical Skills :

Must to have :

- Generative AI (Gen AI) : Proven experience in developing and implementing solutions using Generative AI models and techniques.

- Data Science with AI/ML : Strong theoretical and practical understanding of data science principles and AI/ML algorithms.

- Engineering Insight Provision : Demonstrated ability to work directly with engineering teams, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve systems and processes.

- Programming Languages : Exceptional proficiency in Python.

- AI Frameworks : Hands-on experience using AI frameworks, particularly PyTorch.

- Gen AI Tools : Practical experience with tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.

Good to have :

- RDBMS Databases : Experience working with RDBMS databases, specifically Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

- CI/CD and DevOps : Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and DevOps development practices.

- Batch Scheduling and File Handling : Experience with batch scheduling tools and efficient file handling techniques for large datasets.

Process Skills :

- Ability to evaluate, analyze, design, and implement AI/ML solutions based on technical requirements.

- Develop and peer review of Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and participate actively in peer review processes.

- Strong design and technical skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions and analyze the potential impact of those solutions
