Job Overview :

Hyreo is seeking a passionate and experienced AI Engineering Lead to join our fast-paced and growing team.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in AI/ML, with hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.

You will play a central role in designing and deploying AI-powered features that enhance candidate engagement and recruiter productivity on our platform.

As an AI Engineering Lead, youll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to solve real-world problems using cutting-edge AI.

Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML/LLM solutions from ideation to production.

- Build and deploy LLM-based features using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or similar.

- Architect and optimize AI pipelines for tasks such as summarization, matching, RAG, and search.

- Stay up to date with advancements in Generative AI, open-source models, and ML tooling and apply them effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with product goals.

- Mentor junior engineers and help establish best practices for experimentation, deployment, and monitoring.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems, with at least 12 years of practical exposure to LLMs and Generative AI.

- Strong experience with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and embedding-based search.

- Working knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or similar.

- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, etc.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools like MLflow, Airflow, or Kubeflow.

- Strong grasp of model evaluation, latency/performance tradeoffs, and production deployment.

- Ability to translate business problems into AI-first solutions with measurable outcomes.
