- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core with a strong focus on quality, scalability, and performance.

- Lead solution architecture discussions, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.

- Build cloud-native applications using secure development lifecycle (SDL) and DevSecOps principles.

- Develop, containerize, and deploy applications using Kubernetes (OpenShift/Rancher) and Docker.

- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and modern observability/monitoring frameworks.

- Work on distributed systems, microservices architectures, REST APIs, CQRS patterns, and messaging systems.

- Integrate and manage messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, and PubSub.

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA, and global development teams across regions.

- Stay updated with evolving .NET, cloud, and DevOps technologies and drive adoption of best practices.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, and enterprise application development.

- Expertise in Web API (REST), microservices architecture, CQRS, and distributed application design.

- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and performance optimization.

- Proficiency with messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or PubSub.

- Mandatory hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (OpenShift/Rancher preferred).

- Strong understanding of Azure Cloud; exposure to AWS is preferred.

- Experience with DevOps tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and automated testing frameworks.

- Knowledge of TDD, unit testing tools (nUnit/xUnit), and secure coding practices.

- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK, Grafana, Prometheus).

Minimum Experience Requirements :

- 3+ years working with Kubernetes in production environments.

- 4+ years designing high-availability and high-performance systems.

- 10+ years in C#/.NET development.

- 8+ years building Web APIs and distributed systems.

- 6+ years working with PubSub systems and observability tools.

- 4+ years working on AWS Cloud projects (Azure preferred).

- 1+ year working with private cloud environments.

- 3+ years working with DevSecOps, secure coding, and Terraform.

- 4+ years building customer-facing or mission-critical systems.

- 5+ years experience in financial or regulated industry domains.

- 2+ years collaborating with global teams.

- 1+ year working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
