Preferred candidate profile :

- 8 years of experience in Application/Production Support for .NET applications.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows Server administrationservices, permissions, event logs, scheduled tasks, and application hosting.

MS SQL Server expertise (mandatory) :

- Complex SQL queries

- Data troubleshooting

- Performance tuning

- Stored procedures

- Good working knowledge of IIS:

- Hosting .NET applications

- Bindings, SSL, pool management

- Troubleshooting errors and logs

- Basic experience with .NET/C# development (understanding code, debugging, minor fixes).

- Hands-on experience in at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.).

- Good understanding of deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and version control (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).
